Parking Information
Cars that park on the streets of Battery Park on Mondays through Fridays between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. must show a Residential Parking Permit. The exception to this rule is Exeter Road—cars cannot park on Exeter between 9:00 and 5:00 Monday—on Fridays even with a permit.
Parking permits are issued by the County and the enforcement of parking is done by the County, not Battery Park Citizens Association. Guests and temporary parking permits are also available.
Parking permits can be obtained from the Montgomery County DOT website. You will need to register first before purchasing the parking permit and have proof of residency and auto registration documents available to attach.
